How to prove that a line is parallel to a plane in high school math three-dimensional geometry

Method 1) use the median line of a triangle or the opposite side of a parallelogram to prove that a line out of the plane is parallel to a line in the plane;

Method 2) use two intersecting straight lines in one plane to prove that these two planes are parallel by making each of them parallel to two intersecting straight lines in the other plane.
