A Comparative Study of Chinese and Western Legal Cultures is edited by Dr. Zhang, with nine chapters, two appendices, a preface and a postscript. In the main part, the first eight chapters aim to distinguish the differences and focus on the eight major differences between Chinese and western legal cultures. The ninth chapter aims to seek common ground while reserving differences and exchange needed goods, and compare the feasibility, problems and overcoming of legal and cultural exchanges between China and the West.
