New Changes Brought by New Curriculum Reform

Based on years of teaching practice, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on some new changes brought by new curriculum reform. This paper analyzes these changes from three aspects: students, teachers and schools. These changes have made the quality of students in China develop in an all-round way, and the professional level of teachers and the cultural taste of schools have been further improved.

New curriculum reform; Students; Teacher; School; New changes

The new curriculum standard has been implemented in our school for four years. When re-examining the changes in our school in recent years, I deeply realize that the four-year curriculum reform has changed students, teachers and the school face.

First, the overall development of students' quality.

The biggest beneficiary of curriculum reform is children! This is the * * * experience of the curriculum reform teacher in our school.

First of all, students are more enthusiastic about learning, which is because the content of the new curriculum standard textbook is closer to students' lives. For example, in the face of various cultures, especially the backwardness of some decadent cultures and the harmful information spread by media such as the Internet, it has had a bad influence on students. Studying cultural life improves students' ability to make correct value judgments and behavior choices, which is conducive to students' growth; Through the study of political life, students can understand why and how to participate in political life and improve their ability to participate in political life. Through the study of commodity knowledge in economic life, students understand that they must think of users when they become producers in the future. Learn money knowledge and establish a correct view of money; Learn consumer knowledge and enhance environmental awareness; Learn financial knowledge and feel the impact of national development on people's lives. It can be said that one of the great shortcomings of our past education was that it stifled children's enthusiasm and self-confidence. The new curriculum reform enables students to learn, enjoy, respect science and pursue truth through changes in learning methods and teaching methods. Learning is no longer a boring process of passively completing learning tasks, but a process of children's active personal experience, self-discovery and fun exploration.

Secondly, the awareness of participation has been significantly enhanced. When I was talking about the knowledge of citizens' participation in political life, many students would contact the local village committees and neighborhood committees, and actually put forward oral words such as "I think", "I think", "My opinion is" and "My suggestion is", and even put forward words different from books. A hand waving high has become the most beautiful scenery in the classroom. The scene of heated discussion and heated debate between teachers and students has become the most vivid picture in the classroom.

Thirdly, the innovative consciousness and practical ability are gradually strengthened, which is manifested in the gradual formation of students' "problem" consciousness. For example, when talking about the market economy as an honest economy, many students asked: Since there is still no honesty in today's society, why doesn't the state improve it through legislation and restrict people's dishonest behavior through laws and regulations? If our students used to accept what teachers taught them as truth, now they dare to question teachers and books boldly.

In a word, the change of students actually reflects that students are not only the process of acquiring knowledge and cultivating ability, but also the process of learning to learn and cultivate positive emotions, attitudes and values.

Second, teachers have changed-the professional level has been further improved.

Curriculum reform needs high-quality teachers, which requires teachers to have extensive professional knowledge, browse knowledge through mass media tools such as the Internet and constantly "recharge" themselves.

First, the concept is new. Curriculum reform has brought a "brainstorming" concept revolution. The concept of teachers has achieved a historic change, which is manifested in:

First, the curriculum awareness has been significantly enhanced. In the past, some teachers mainly wrote some unnecessary contents in preparing lessons, such as what teaching purpose, teaching steps, teaching priorities and difficulties. They copied the teacher's textbook. At present, the teachers in our school only consider how to teach the prescribed content to students better. Lesson preparation is mainly to prepare teaching methods, teaching materials, outlines and exam outlines. Teachers are not performers outside the curriculum, but creators of the curriculum.

Second, the concept of teaching and learning has changed significantly. In the past, teachers thought that teaching was the transfer of knowledge, but now teachers realize that the teaching process is a process of communication, positive interaction and common development between teachers and students. Teacher Yang Mei said that in the past, students were regarded as passively accepting knowledge: attending classes → taking notes → doing homework → taking exams; Teachers' teaching requirements are: reviewing old lessons → introducing new lessons → speaking texts → asking questions to consolidate → assigning homework. Through four years of practice, I now realize that learning is a process in which students actively explore, construct, gain experience and develop themselves under the guidance of teachers, especially with their direct participation.

Third, the concept of quality talents is more scientific. In the past, people thought that high-quality teaching was to impart knowledge to students. Now it is considered that teaching is more important to teach learning, not only to transfer knowledge and cultivate students' ability, but also to cultivate students' healthy emotions and good personality.

Secondly, teaching behavior has changed. Outstanding performance in the following aspects:

First, the change from emphasizing teaching to emphasizing development. In traditional teaching, the teacher said that the teacher leads the students and the students turn around the teacher. Teachers talk too much about the theoretical knowledge in books, and too much "cramming" makes students feel boring, thus losing their enthusiasm for learning. The practice of the new curriculum standards tells us that teachers should use thinking mode and knowledge guidance to explain knowledge and give guidance to students. The key point is to teach students methods and cultivate their ability of divergent thinking. In the current ideological and political teaching, how to collect materials is even more important.

Second, change from unified standard education to differentiated education. Study students' differences, teach students in accordance with their aptitude and carry out personalized teaching.

Third, the school has changed-the cultural taste has been further improved.

The new curriculum has brought brand-new changes to the school, mainly in:

First, the school has a stronger cultural background. How can a school become a place with cultural taste and spiritual appeal? Since the implementation of the new curriculum standard, our school has built a cultural corridor, which is divided into: first, great men and celebrities; Second, the history and culture of China; Third, the Jin Dian of world culture, teachers' elegant demeanor and ideas. If a school wants to achieve a good cultural atmosphere, it is best to let every wall speak. Cultural effects can be seen everywhere on some eye-catching walls, so that teachers and students can feel the influence of culture.

Second, the research atmosphere has gradually formed. The school has set up research groups in various disciplines, organized teachers to prepare lessons collectively twice a week, and gave speeches around the teaching content of the new curriculum reform, breaking the situation that traditional teaching has been going on for decades. The headmaster regards campus research as an important part of teaching management and curriculum implementation.

Third, the sense of cooperation has gradually increased. Cooperation has changed teachers' teaching life and given them new life. Cooperation enables teachers to walk with the new curriculum and grow together with students.

In short, the changes brought by the new curriculum make us truly feel that the curriculum reform has put quality education into practice, solved the problems we have been trying to solve for many years, and brought a brand-new management system and appearance to our school. Curriculum reform is the inevitable result of improving school quality and meeting the challenges of the new era in the world.
