Planting techniques of Cinnamomum camphora

The production method can produce sprouts all year round. The seed buds of Toona sinensis are softer and stronger than the buds of Toona sinensis trees, and can be eaten with roots. The market is good. The method of cultivating live Toona sinensis buds by this method is introduced below.

1. Production of Toona sinensis live buds

1, the suitable temperature range is 15℃-25℃, and it is usually produced indoors or in greenhouse in winter and spring.

2. Three-dimensional planting of effective space. Build a frame with wooden boards or bricks. The seedling tray should be a lightweight plastic tray with mesh at the bottom, which is 50 cm long, 25 cm wide and 5 cm high. Leave holes at the bottom of the tray to facilitate water leakage.

3. Seed solution. The seeds of Toona sinensis collected in that year were stripped of wings and impurities (the germination rate of seeds in the second year was extremely low), soaked in warm water at 55℃ and constantly stirred. After the water is cooled, continue to soak for 10- 15 hours, and then take it out to accelerate germination; The temperature of accelerating germination is 20℃-25℃, and the process of accelerating germination is turned over at least twice a day, so that the seeds can germinate orderly. About 4 days, the seeds are exposed and sown.

4. Spread a layer of white paper on the bottom of the washed culture tray, and then spread a layer of paper with a thickness of 2-2. 5 cm of wet sand, and then evenly sowing the ripened Toona sinensis seeds on the substrate, the sowing amount is 500 grams per square meter, and the seeds are covered with a layer of 1. 5 cm thick fine sand, with 20℃ water poured through the seedling tray.

Second, management.

Five days after sowing, the seeds emerge from the substrate, and at this time, the substrate is thoroughly poured with water at 20℃. At ordinary times, pay attention to spraying water regularly (holding a watering can or sprayer with narrow eyes), spraying water 2-3 times a day, so as not to sink the seeds, keeping the temperature at around 25℃ during the day and 10℃ at night, paying attention to moisturizing, so that after 5-6 days, the Toona sinensis buds begin to arch, and when the Toona sinensis buds grow to about 10 cm, the cotyledons will grow. Because the temperature is too high, the buds of Toona sinensis tend to grow real leaves, and the commodity value decreases, which can be 1- 1 from the top of the buds to the sand layer. Spray thickener once at 2 cm.

Third, harvest.

Living Toona sinensis buds need shading in the early stage of production. When the seed buds grow to 8-9 cm, but they are not lignified, they should be exposed to sunlight for 1-2 days to make them green, and then they can be harvested, and 3-4 kilograms of fresh Toona sinensis buds can be harvested per square meter.
