What are the main substantive and procedural laws in our legal system?

In layman's terms: Substantive laws are the ones that define rights and obligations, and can be actually disposed of. For example, it states who owns the house if you buy it. And how to buy it and who approves it is procedural law.
Substantive law is mainly: the General Principles of Civil Law, Property Law, Security Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Punishment Law, Contract Law and so on.
Procedural law is mainly: civil, criminal, administrative three major litigation law, and administrative review law.
