Bow and arrow training
This is the basic method of training in our school. Please post it for everyone to see.
Traditional bow and arrow practice method
Don't hold the bow yet, open your feet shoulder-width, lock your hands and three fingers under your chin, keep your elbows and shoulders flat, pull your arms outward and then release your fingers. Spread your arms horizontally along the pulling force. After being released, if you stop, your body should be a big word.
This is the most basic action. All archery actions in the future will be based on this. Breathing requirements: inhale when pulling and exhale when releasing.
The first stage is mainly about the correctness of the action.
When you master the above skills, you can practice three-stage archery.
Three marksmanship:
The first step is to take an arrow with a bow. Archers mainly hold the bow with their thumb and forefinger, and put the arrow at the bend of the forefinger. The string puller pulls the string with three fingers and grips the arrow with the index finger and middle finger.
The second step is to inhale, pull the line under the jaw, stop for a few seconds, and observe whether your posture is correct and whether your shoulders and elbows are flat. Be careful not to look at the target! Pull fast and slow down. Basically, the silence number after full bow is 1.2.3.
The third step is to open the bow, exhale, and release the arrow after pulling the string. Pay attention to whether your posture is correct after releasing the arrow (refer to the posture without bow practice)
It's best to look straight in the eye, whether you hit the target or not. As long as your posture is correct, the arrows will basically fall together.
Every time you put an arrow, put down the bow and release it empty-handed three times.
You can also do this exercise when you feel that there is something wrong with the shooting technique.
What I want to explain in particular is that the performance of traditional bow and arrow shooting is not improved very quickly, and training requires patience. At the beginning of practice, the tension of the bow does not need to be too large, just 30-40 kg.
