How to make plaster mould
Production process of plaster statue: 1. Prepare tool water, clips, sealing plates, gypsum powder, pots, chopsticks and molds. 2. Clamp the mold. First, align the interface with the mold and clamp it, and be careful that the bottom does not exceed the bottom of the mold, otherwise it will be uneven. 3. First put water in the gypsum powder. According to the amount of water required by the mold, first pour an appropriate amount of water, and then evenly pour gypsum powder into the basin. The ratio of gypsum powder to water is about 1 to 1 (the volume ratio and specific ratio are related to the quality of gypsum powder, so you can know this after several attempts, remember that the slurry is slightly thicker for the first time). 4, stir evenly, evenly, gypsum slurry can't have unmelted powder tuo. 5. Pour the slurry, holding the top of the mold with one hand and pouring the slurry with the other. 6. Shake well. After the gypsum slurry flows out, shake the mold evenly to make the gypsum slurry evenly distributed, and then stand on the ground to complete the slurry pouring. The back sealing can also be operated separately from the second slurry pouring. After the second grouting is completed, the gypsum slurry is poured evenly on the back sealing plate, and then the mold is covered on the back sealing plate to complete the back sealing step. 7. Demolition. 15 mold will solidify and set after heating. At this time, you can first remove the mold and take off the clip. If the clip is not enough, it can be removed after the second grouting. 8. Loosen the sealing bottom plate: When disassembling the sealing bottom plate, it is not allowed to dial directly because the hole is concave. You should turn it to loosen it first, and then turn it out slowly. 9. Dismantling: After the sealing bottom plate is taken out, remove the excess solidified gypsum slurry at the bottom of the mold to avoid affecting the demoulding. If the sealing bottom plate is not hollowed out at low altitude after being taken out, it can be dug out with a knife. 10:: demoulding from the bottom: demoulding from the bottom, followed by demoulding. 1 1: the last part that is not easy to take off can be demoulded according to the style. Because the mold has good elasticity, it can be stretched around and demoulded better. 10. After demoulding, the gypsum at the bottom is scraped off with a knife, and the interface is simple to handle. If the joint is not aligned, it can be decorated with a knife or repaired with gypsum slurry, and it can be polished with sandpaper after it is completely dried.
