Conversion standard of oxygen content in industrial kiln

Legal analysis: refractory industry: "The industry that uses nonmetal or metal raw materials to make various refractory raw materials or refractory products through crushing, molding, firing (baking) or direct firing without crushing."

Corundum industry: "The industry that uses industrial alumina, high-alumina bauxite, zirconia, magnesia, chrome oxide and calcium oxide as raw materials, adds additives, melts, smelts, cools and crystallizes in an electric arc furnace to produce corundum products".

Particulate emission limit: refractory industrial drying and firing kilns, corundum industrial smelting furnaces, melting furnaces and bauxite kilns: 10mg/m3.

Emission limit of sulfur dioxide: 50mg/m3, which is used for industrial drying and firing kilns of refractories.

Emission limit value of nitrogen oxides (calculated as NO2): baking and firing kiln in refractory industry 100mg/m3 jade industrial smelting furnace, melting furnace and shaft kiln: 300mg/m3.

Reference oxygen content (O2): refractory industrial firing kiln: 18/% jade industrial smelting furnace, kilns that generate heat by various electric energy conversion: kiln start-stop stage according to the measured concentration meter (when the oxygen content is not lower than 19%): according to the measured concentration meter, etc.

Legal basis: Article 32 of the Environmental Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the state strengthens the protection of the atmosphere, water and soil, and establishes and improves corresponding investigation, monitoring, evaluation and restoration systems.
