0 1 First, draw the candles of the birthday cake on A4 paper, as shown in the figure below. When drawing the flame of a candle, you can draw it in the shape of a water drop. Then draw a rectangle with a thin diamond as the main body of the candle.

Then draw the outline of the top layer of the cake, as shown in the figure below. You can draw this part as a flat cylinder.

Then draw the cream of this layer of cake, as shown below. When drawing this part, just use a simple irregular curve as the cream.
