What laws and principles should be followed in physical education teaching?

In physical education teaching, we should follow the law of beauty and start from the fundamental task of physical education to educate students on beauty, so as to improve their ability to know, appreciate and create beauty.

Physical education teaching follows students' physiological laws.

Physical education teaching principles have the following three meanings:

(1) Physical education teaching principle is the most basic content among many physical education teaching requirements;

(2) These requirements are the biggest characteristics of physical education;
