Exam method: Candidates perform boxing ceremony on the field, and kick their legs quickly in the same place or on the way after hearing the signal.
Scoring standard: correct posture, clear method, smooth force, fast and powerful, swing the heel of the leg over the shoulder, complete it in 10 second 18 times, and deduct 1 minute for each reduction of kicking times within the specified time, and so on. (See table for details)
(2) Swing with left and right footwork: out of 6 points.
Exam method: Candidates make a fist salute on the court and swing from side to side quickly after hearing the signal.

Scoring standard: correct posture, clear method, smooth force and obvious flying. The perfect score is that the foot is fast, powerful, accurate and loud, the foot is higher than the shoulder, and the rotation degree reaches 360 degrees. Examination method: It will be conducted in Wushu standard competition venues. After hearing the roll call, the candidates took the stage to hold a boxing ceremony and began to practice routines.

(3) Specific requirements
There are 1 candidates, and 6- 10 candidates are a group. The order of appearance is decided by lot, and the time is about 50 minutes.
2. Physical fitness and special skills tests are conducted in groups of two candidates at the same time, and five judges will score collectively according to the scoring rules, and score two candidates respectively. Finally, after removing a highest score and a lowest score, take the average score as the final score.
3. During the martial arts boxing routine or equipment routine examination, students will take it one by one according to the list order, and five judges will grade it according to the standards and requirements. After removing a highest score and a lowest score, the average score is the final score.
