What is circumcision (circumcision, what is it)
Circumcision is a traditional practice that usually involves the mutilation or removal of the reproductive organs of a female or male. The act is considered a sacred rite in some cultures and religions, but is also considered immoral and cruel in other cultures.
In modern times, most countries have banned the practice of any form of circumcision and have enacted laws to protect the rights and dignity of the individual's body. However, in some poor and backward areas, the practice still exists and can cause serious harm and suffering to the victims.
We should therefore firmly oppose any form of circumcision and at the same time pay attention to and support those in need by providing them with assistance in the areas of education, medical care and social support to help them break free from this inhumane traditional bondage.
