How to remove the scale inside the radiator?

1. Prepare to clean props. Prepare cleaning tools in advance, we need wrenches and basins.

2. Close the inlet and outlet valves. First close the water inlet valve and the water return valve, and then open the plug of the radiator with a wrench to discharge the water. There will be a lot of water when it is first opened, so it is best to catch it with a basin below.

3. Clean the radiator. In order to save water, the water flowing from the radiator can be used for the first few times, and the tap water can be used for the second few times. Turn on the water inlet switch of the radiator, let the water flow into the radiator, and then let the water flow out from the plug position. Until the water from the radiator becomes clear.

4. Install the back heating system. After cleaning, close the plug, then open the exhaust valve, and then open the water inlet of the radiator to let the hot water in the heating system until the hot water flows out of the exhaust port, indicating that it is full. At this time, open the water valve and the whole cleaning process is completed.

How to maintain the radiator:

Exhaust work. When there is air in the radiator, the exhaust valve on the radiator should be used to remove the air in the system in time to prevent the oxygen from reacting with the inner wall of the radiator and causing oxidative corrosion of the radiator. General heating system needs debugging for the first time. Users need to open the exhaust valve of each radiator to exhaust the air accumulated in the radiator, or open the exhaust valve of the gas collector installed at the top of the system to exhaust. Don't open and close the valve after the exhaust is completed, so as to avoid the valve being screwed.

Full water maintenance. After the end of the heating period, users should not drain the water from the heating system, but exhaust the radiator once to exhaust the air inside, and carry out "full water maintenance" on the radiator and pipeline. "Full water maintenance" is mainly to prevent the pipeline from oxidation due to contact with air. Reducing the risk of corrosion of radiator and heating pipeline can prolong the service life of heating system.

Pay attention to radiator cooling. It is best not to pile up sundries or heavy objects at the top or in front of the radiator. The radiator has poor bearing capacity. Safety accidents may occur if you put too many things, and too many things will affect the radiator's heat dissipation.

Prevent the radiator from bumping. When using, you should also be careful not to bump or scratch the radiator to prevent the surface from falling off. If it is not handled in time, it will cause the radiator to corrode. So we should always clean the radiator to avoid being eroded by stains.
