Format of invitation letter and matters needing attention

1. Traditional invitations are always handwritten, so avoid printing handwritten invitations.

The exact time of the wedding should be expressed in strict phrases, "3: 00 p.m. on a certain day of a certain year" instead of "3: 00 p.m."

3. The location of the wedding should be clear to the specific street, and the driving or bus route should be attached.

4. The writing format of the invitation letter should indicate the guest's full name, and you can add very formal titles, such as Dear Sir, Madam, Professor, etc.

At the bottom of the invitation, you should indicate some important tips, such as "black tie" or "you can choose black or other dark ties"

6. Invitation envelope

Before the invitation letter is about to be sent, it is necessary to check the details that the writing format of the invitation letter cannot be wrong:

The name of the guest on the envelope should be written in a formal format: Mr. and Mrs. Liu Gang (if the children of family members are also invited, it should be: Mr. and Mrs. Liu Gang and their families)

If a single person is invited to bring his or her friend to the wedding, if you are not sure about the name of the friend, you can mark "and your friend" on the small envelope where the invitation is placed, but don't display this text on the large envelope that is mailed. Or directly confirm the name and address of his (her) friend with this single person and send the invitation letter directly to me. This is the safest and most polite way.

Generally speaking, the words on the envelope should be handwritten. You can invite calligraphers or friends with beautiful fonts. If the home printer can print beautiful black italic handwriting, the effect will be good.
