Method for making tri-color Tang suit

The production method of Tang tricolor is as follows:

1. The mined mineral soil should be selected, mashed, washed, precipitated and dried to make a green body, and minerals containing copper, iron, cobalt, manganese and gold should be used as colorants for glaze.

2. The secondary firing method is adopted for the firing of Tang Sancai. Put the green body in a kiln and burn it to about 1000- 1 100 degrees, take it out and color it, and then put it in a kiln and burn it to 850-950 degrees.

3. The main component of the tri-colored Tang Dynasty is lead silicate. Due to the strong fluidity of lead glaze, the glaze surface spreads and flows everywhere during the firing process, and various glazes penetrate and blend with each other, forming a natural mottled color.

4. The production process of Tang Sancai is very complicated. After the glaze burns out, some characters need to start over. The so-called face-opening means that the antique products of characters' heads are not glazed, and they have to be inserted, lipped and painted. Such a process, and then this product of Tang Sancai is completed.

Tri-color firing technique in Tang Dynasty is a traditional handicraft technique in Luoyang, Henan Province, and it is one of the national intangible cultural heritages. The firing technique of tri-color in Tang Dynasty originated from the early Tang Dynasty. As the essence of China's traditional art in the Tang Dynasty, tri-color painting in the Tang Dynasty has a history of 1000 years.

The Tang dynasty reached its peak, and after Tang Tianbao, the number of productions gradually decreased. In the Song Dynasty, the three colors of the Tang Dynasty basically disappeared, and they revived after the new China.
