How to make tofu with rice?

Pour the simmering rice mixture into the pot quickly, scrape the surface with a spoon, and set aside until the mixture cools naturally. Once the batter is set, invert the pot to release the mold, and the home version of rice tofu is ready! To start making the savory rice tofu, divide the rice tofu into small pieces and place in a bowl. Season with soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and chili oil, and sprinkle with green onions to finish off the dish.
