Style:

The film consists of eight "monster" stories, including traditional stories, completely new stories, and innovative stories based on traditional elements.

The film covers a wide range of art styles and production techniques: from traditional 2D, paper-cutting, and even stop-motion animation, to modern techniques such as CG and 3D rendering, as well as innovative attempts at combining sketching with the flavor of Chinese ink and wash, which is a multi-perspective interpretation of Chinese aesthetics by the creators.
