Do children make clothes out of hand-made waste plastic bags?

Preparation materials: plastic bags, scissors and elastic bands.

1, first put the waste plastic bags in order, and cut off the front belt with scissors, as shown below.

2. Then cut it from the middle of the plastic bag with scissors, as shown below.

3. Then cut the edge of the plastic bag, as shown in the figure below.

4. Tie the plastic bag strips one by one on the elastic band.

5, finally tidy up, a small skirt made of waste plastic bags is ready.
