Potato flour method
Ingredients: potato flour 200g, lean meat 100g, mushroom 100g, lettuce 100g, and oil gluten 50g.
Accessories: 3g of salt, 30ml of fish shell soup, 5g of garlic, 5g of bean paste and 5ml of soy sauce.
1, add a spoonful of bean paste and garlic to the hot oil in the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.
2. Pour lean meat into the pot and saute until fragrant.
3. Add appropriate amount of fresh fish shell soup and appropriate amount of boiling water.
4. Pour the mushrooms and oil gluten into the pot, cover the pot and cook for ten minutes.
5. Pour the potato flour and lettuce into the pot, add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce, cover the pot and cook for another 3 minutes.
6. Finally, add chopped green onion and mix well.
