The first part: 20 17 social practice report of senior high school students 1000 words.

When the trees of years are still green, when the wind of time is still blowing the breath of youth, we hurried and inadvertently stepped into the shade of summer. This season, we flew kites that had been extended since childhood, packed our bags, hung up the SLR, set out from Nanchong and traveled north along Jialing River for ten days, spanning 1328 km, and visited four ancient towns in the upper reaches of Jialing River.

Text:

The surging Jialing River stretches for thousands of miles, starting from the Qinling Mountains in the north, connecting Jianmen in the middle and the Yangtze River in the south, giving birth to a thick and splendid regional civilization. With the continuous development of the western region, as a natural north-south traffic corridor connecting southwest and northwest, its strategic significance is increasingly prominent, and it has been listed as a combat readiness channel by the state. The upper reaches of Jialing River have similar geographical attributes and cultural origins. Under the background of Bashu culture, it is of great practical significance to excavate and sort out the pattern and historical and cultural resources of the ancient town blocks in the upper reaches of Jialing River and explore the connotation and characteristics of the culture in the upper reaches of Jialing River, which is conducive to enhancing our cultural identity and promoting cultural innovation and industrial development. At the same time, it can test the theoretical knowledge learned in class, promote the combination of theory and practice, deepen the understanding of the specialty, enhance the professional practical experience, and lay a solid foundation for future study and work.

On July 4th, after multiple selections, ten students from the School of Journalism and Communication and the School of History and Culture stood out from many applicants for summer social practice. They not only achieved excellent results in their respective professional fields, but also possessed certain professional practical experience and social communication ability.

On July 5th, ten members of the practice team and two team leaders from the School of Journalism and Communication and the School of History and Culture gathered together. Under the guidance of Zhong Huali, deputy secretary of the Party branch of the School of Journalism and Communication, and Professor Jiang, Ph.D. in history from the School of History and Culture, the scope, objectives and data collection methods of this cultural investigation in the ancient town block in the upper reaches of Jialing River were preliminarily determined.

At 9: 00 am on July 6th, ten team members and two team leaders * * * attended the expedition ceremony held in the academic lecture hall. Half an hour later, 12 members of the practice team took a group photo at the school gate, and then embarked on a journey to the first stop-Zhao Hua, Guangyuan.

July 6-July 9, Zhao Hua, Guangyuan

When we set off from Nanchong on July 6th, the sky swept away the haze for many days, and the clear sky in Wan Li seemed to smile for our trip. The players are in high spirits. From Nanchong to Zhao Hua in Guangyuan, they talked and laughed all the way. Although the students of the two colleges met for the first time, they all became familiar with each other quickly and had no strangeness. After more than six hours of bumps, we finally arrived at Zhaohua Ancient Town. Zhaohua Ancient Town is located at the intersection of Bailong River, Jialing River and Qingjiang River. Jialing River is full of water and its water system is perfect. It has the reputation of "Tai Chi is the first landscape in the world". Zhao Hua, called Jiameng in ancient times, is surrounded by mountains and water on three sides. It has a history of more than 4000 years, and the county was founded in 2244. It is a national key scenic spot-Jianmen Shudao Scenic Spot, an important part of the national key cultural relics protection unit-Jianmen Shudao Ruins Group, and the best preserved ancient city in China so far. The ancient city scenic area covers an area of 20 square kilometers, with a total population of 6.5438+0.7 million. 1992 654.38+0.992, named as a famous historical and cultural town in Sichuan Province by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government. Known as "the first county in Bashu and the second capital of Sichuan". According to legend, this place is the first stop for Liu Bei to enter Sichuan, and it is also the place where Zhang Fei and Ma Chao burn the midnight oil. Veterans Huang Zhong and Yan retired Cao Bing, Fei Yi died in Shu, and Jiang was trapped in Niutou Mountain not far away.

A group of 12 people from the practice team carried heavy bags and passed through the gate of the towering Zhan Feng Tower at the starting point of Deng Hua. At that moment, in this ancient town surrounded by mountains, you can vaguely imagine the scene of thousands of horses passing through the city and the sound of horseshoes flying.

The practice team took a group photo in front of Zhan Feng Building in Zhaohua Ancient Town.

In the evening, we divided into two groups, and according to the data collected before, we went to Zhao Hua Guzhen 4th Street and 5th Lane to do preliminary work. The ancient town of Zhao Hua, which lives in the embrace of mountains, has a quaint and desolate beauty without the hustle and bustle of the city and the flashing of neon lights, which makes people relaxed and happy.

Early the next morning, the team members divided into two groups and began to work in a downpour. The first group consists of students from the School of Journalism and Communication, and mainly collects the image information of four streets and five lanes in Zhaohua ancient town by photography. The second group consists of students from the College of History and Culture. They mainly collect data by visiting local governments, ancient town protection and management offices and other relevant departments. On that day, it rained cats and dogs in the ancient town of Zhao Hua. The players braved the heavy rain and faced the difficulties. They are not afraid of hardship or fatigue. They visited Linjiang at the south gate, Zhan Feng at the east gate, Linqing at the west gate and Gong Ji at the north gate of Zhao Hua, and took hundreds of photos. Because of the rain, the road was slippery, and team member Tang Ying accidentally fell down while taking pictures. In order to protect the lens, her knee was injured, and team member Wang Rongchun accidentally slipped and his camera lens was broken. However, no matter how bad the weather conditions are, the team members persist in their work and regard these difficulties as tempering their will. When they returned to their residences in the evening, the team members first summed up the day's work and put forward their own opinions and suggestions. The team leader also arranged the work for the next day.

On the morning of July 8, we accepted an interview with Guangyuan Daily and told the interviewer the purpose and significance of our visit. Afterwards, the team members went to Fei Yi's Tomb, Feijinghou Temple, Baguajing, Zhanshengba and Baosanniang's Tomb, and made an in-depth on-the-spot investigation on the historic sites and ancient buildings in Zhaohua ancient town, and recorded the relevant documents in detail. In the afternoon, Teacher Zhang Shiqiong led a group of 7 people to Niutou Mountain at an altitude of 12 14 meters, overlooking the panoramic view of the ancient town of Zhao Hua from the top of the mountain. Because of the heavy rain, the team members had to open umbrellas one by one, and the mountain torrents raided the ancient mountain road, making the trip up the mountain more difficult. After two hours of climbing, the team members finally reached the shooting place of Zhaohua Ancient Town on Niutou Mountain-Baishui Terrace at an altitude of 1000 meters. Unfortunately, that day, the weather was bad and the fog locked the mountain. Only the fog was seen from the water platform, so the players had to return in vain. Fortunately, on the way down the mountain, you can still see the magnificent Bailong River from halfway up the mountain. Team members Teng and Wang Rongchun, regardless of their bodies wet by the heavy rain, quickly took out their cameras and took the time to take this precious picture.

Niutoushan kiln overlooking Bailong River

On the 9th, the team members went to the famous ancient capital of Cooper on Shu Road early in the morning. The story of happiness in Shu, "Two fish crossed Tianjin and critics thought it was a dragon" in the old and new Tang books, happened here. According to legend, Emperor Tang Ming once hosted a banquet on the south bank of the ferry for three days, and this place is still called "Banquet Dam". And because the Bailong River is white and the Jialing River is red, when they first met, they each maintained their own flow direction and true colors. They are "distinct", clear and turbid, like two dragons rolling. The team members braved the heavy rain and walked from Zhaohua Ancient Town to the "White Pony Ancient Capital". However, due to heavy rain, the water level of Jialing River soared, and "Baiju Gudu" was completely submerged, leaving only a piece of Wang Yang. The team members had to return to the ancient town immediately and continue to interview local residents alone. We interviewed Mr. Lin, the owner of Yixin Garden. Mr. Lin is a famous folk collector in the ancient town. He introduced his treasures to us in detail. At the same time, we also interviewed several families in the ancient town. Through the history of several families, we can show the modern historical changes of the ancient town of Zhao Hua.

On the afternoon of the 9th, the team members packed their bags and left Zhaohua Ancient Town. During the three days in Zhaohua Ancient Town, the heavy rain never stopped. Most of the players caught a cold because they worked in the rain, but it didn't affect their work at all. Walking around the ancient town in the drizzle and breeze is a very pleasant thing, but we have heavy tasks to complete, so it is a bit difficult to carry out the work in three days of heavy rain, but we are very busy and full in this process!

July 9-July 10 Langzhong Laoguan Ancient Town

On the afternoon of July 9, in order to seize time and save money, the training team was divided into two ways. A route led by Mr. Dong Qingping from the School of History and Culture went to Yuanba District Government of Guangyuan City to obtain relevant information. Zhang Shiqiong, another teacher from the School of Routing Journalism and Communication, led a team to Laoguan Ancient Town in Langzhong. Laoguan Ancient Town is located 45 kilometers northeast of Langzhong City, bordering Yilong and Bazhong in the east, Langzhong and Nanchong in the south, Cangxi in the west and Wangcang and Guangyuan in the north. Laoguan Town covers an area of 3 square kilometers, of which the ancient town covers an area of 1.5 square kilometers. Laoguan ancient town is an important part of Langzhong, a famous historical and cultural city in China. In the eighth year of Tian Jian, Liang Wudi in the Southern Dynasties (AD 509), Baimayi County was established here. In the Western Wei Dynasty, it was changed to Baima County and Guo Feng County was established. The county was founded in 729 years, and it was withdrawn in the 13th year of Yuan Dynasty (AD 1276). Since then, the old ideas have changed several times and finally become what they are now. A group of seven of us, including four students from the School of Journalism and Communication, teacher Zhang Shiqiong, the leader, and two students from the School of History and Culture, arrived at Laoguan Ancient Town at 8: 30 in the evening. At this time, it began to rain in Mao Mao again, and there were no street lamps in the town, so we took the time to find a hotel in the town, but the accommodation conditions in the town were really not optimistic. As soon as we entered the hotel, we smelled moldy, and the quilt sheets also smelled damp and moldy. Teacher Zhang has been bargaining with the boss to save money, and all the team members are the same. After the preliminary arrangement of the next day's work that night, we dare not cover the wet and moldy quilt and sleep with the falling rain and clothes.

The sky finally cleared up in the early morning of July 10. Seven members of our team are divided into two groups. One group was led by Mr. Zhang to the Laoguan town government to collect relevant information, and the other group went to the streets of Laoguan ancient town for photo interview. The residents in the ancient town are very hospitable. They warmly accepted our interview and told us the history of Laoguan ancient town and their own life stories. The Laoguan government also warmly received us, not only providing detailed information, but also inviting us to watch the traditional program of Laoguan ancient town-Lantern Opera. Lantern Festival is the cultural sublimation of people's daily life in northern Sichuan. There is a local saying: "The Lantern Festival in China is in Sichuan, the Lantern Festival in Sichuan is in northern Sichuan, and the Lantern Festival in northern Sichuan is in Laoguan." Laoguan Lantern Festival, also known as "Joy", was originally popular in rural areas. In the old society, there was no electricity in the countryside, so we had to light lanterns and sing operas at night, hence the name Lantern Festival. Mainly for fun, it will be performed on every happy occasion and during the Chinese New Year holidays. Near lunch time, Director Li of the Party Committee Office of Laoguan Town invited us to have lunch together. During dinner, Director Li introduced the history, culture and customs of Laoguan ancient town to us in detail, which benefited us a lot. After dinner, Director Li also took us to visit the ancient granary and important ancient buildings in Laoguan ancient town, and accepted an interview with Laoguan TV station with us, which was of great help to our propaganda work. In the afternoon, Director Li introduced Hou Wanbo, the eighth generation descendant of Laoguan Lantern Opera, and we also interviewed him, which deepened our understanding of Laoguan customs and culture.

July10-July 15 Langzhong Ancient City

At 6 o'clock in the afternoon, we went to Langzhong Ancient Town by bus to meet other players. Langzhong City is located in the north of Sichuan and the middle reaches of Jialing River. It is a national historical and cultural city and an excellent tourist city in China, and is known as "the best in the world". Langzhong ancient city is located in the south of Langzhong city. It is a historic city in Langzhong and a well-preserved ancient city (not an ancient town) in Sichuan Province. The original area of Langzhong ancient city is 2.56 square kilometers, and the designated protection area is 1.78 square kilometers, and the key protection area of the ancient city is 0.67 square kilometers. Langzhong Ancient City is a rare historical and cultural city with traditional city features in China today. The urban pattern of integrating mountains and rivers completely conforms to the geomantic image of "dragon, sand, water and cave" in the layout of ancient cities in China. At 9 o'clock in the evening, with the enthusiastic help of the Langzhong Ancient City Volunteers Association, we went to Baita Mountain to shoot the night view of Langzhong Ancient City. Overlooking the ancient city of Langzhong on Baita Mountain is very interesting, which can not only have a panoramic view of the whole ancient city, but also show the graceful charm of this thousand-year-old city under the bright lights.

On the morning of July 1 1, it rained in Mao Mao again in Langzhong. The team members got up early and sat in the courtyard of the inn for a meeting to arrange the tasks for the day. Considering that the ancient city of Langzhong is bigger than the first two places, one group of students went to the relevant government departments to obtain the precious historical materials of the urban construction system of Langzhong ancient city, and the other group of students went to various blocks, scenic spots and main houses for a preliminary understanding. Through the work in the morning, I got a general understanding of the location and general situation of each point, which laid the foundation for the next work.

In the afternoon, in order to save time and improve efficiency, we divided all the team members into two groups, which were paired by students from the School of Journalism and Communication and the School of History and Culture, and filmed the main buildings of the ancient city while taking interview records. The two teams braved the heavy rain and visited the classical residential buildings in the ancient city, such as Loulou, Zhongtian Loulou, Temple, Sichuan North Road Department, Academy Administration, Mosque, Vulcan Loulou, Nanmenlou, Qinjia Courtyard and Dujia Courtyard. In the evening, we also interviewed the seventh generation of Northern Sichuan Shadow Play, which was founded in the reign of Emperor Kangxi. In the shadow play genre, they are the only ones named after surnames. He has participated in international art exchange performances on behalf of China folk culture for many times and won the International Art Gold Award and the Contribution Award for Inheritance and Development awarded by UNESCO. In 2008, Northern Sichuan Shadow Play was also included in the intangible cultural heritage list, and Wang Biao himself was also selected as the representative inheritor of China's intangible cultural heritage. Through his explanation, we have a further understanding of the development and changes of Wang Shadow Play in northern Sichuan and the cultural customs of Langzhong ancient city.

On the morning of July 12, we continued to go deep into the streets and alleys of Langzhong ancient city, and deeply observed its street pattern, architectural features and daily life of residents, and learned more about Langzhong ancient city through shooting and interview records. In the afternoon, with the help of Langzhong Ancient City Volunteers Association, we drove to the Tiangong Courtyard and Yuan Tiangang Tomb. We recorded the outstanding achievements of two great astronomers in the Tang Dynasty, Li and Yuan Tiangang, with lenses and words.

On July 13, a group of seven of us went to Jinping to take a panoramic view of the ancient city of Langzhong. On the way to climb the mountain, we were immersed in the tranquility of Jinping Mountain and felt its fresh air. We took a panoramic picture of Langzhong ancient city in Baxian Cave where Jinping is located, and recorded the historical information of various scenic spots on Jinping in detail in the process, which laid the foundation for a comprehensive understanding of the history of Langzhong ancient city. Another group interviewed Mr. Liu Xiancheng, a senior master of arts and crafts in Langzhong City. He has made outstanding contributions to the origin, collection, textual research and collation of the street names of Langzhong ancient city. Mr. Liu explained the origin of many streets in Langzhong ancient city and provided us with his research materials. In the afternoon, the team members also interviewed Mr. Ke Min, director of the ancient city protection office. He told us about the block pattern of Langzhong ancient city and the protection and development of many scenic spots. The team members also got detailed information from his explanation.

On July 14, the team members were divided into five groups in pairs, and went to the main street in the ancient city separately, and interviewed the store manager who sold Langzhong specialties such as Zhang Fei beef, Langzhong steamed buns and Baoning vinegar, and asked them about these specialties. Then they went deep into the alley of Langzhong ancient city and dug up some little-known information about them. In the afternoon, we accepted an interview with Langzhong TV. Langzhong TV reporters followed the team members into the ancient city block for tracking, recorded the scenes of the team members' serious work, and photographed the team members' detailed investigation of the ancient city folk customs. On behalf of all the members, Andy On from the School of Journalism and Communication expressed the main purpose and significance of this trip to Langzhong Ancient City to Langzhong TV Station. After the interview, six team members led by teacher Zhang Shiqiong first returned to Nanchong, and the remaining five team members, including teacher Dong Qingping, continued to stay in Langzhong for follow-up work.

On the afternoon of July 15, five players returned to Nanchong. In the evening, all the team members held a meeting to arrange the related matters of going to Zhou Zi Ancient Town in Nanchong on June 16, and initially arranged and assigned the itinerary and tasks for the next day.

July 16 Zhou Zi Ancient Town, Nanchong

On the morning of July 16, the team members took the early bus from Nanchong to Peng 'an County at 7: 04. Located in the middle reaches of Jialing River, Zhou Zi Ancient Town is mainly composed of Shanghe Street, Xiahe Street, Yandian Street (also known as Hong Jun Street) and Shunhe Street. The ancient residential courtyards here have maintained their original appearance since the Ming and Qing Dynasties and stood quietly by the Jialing River. Standing on Longjiao Mountain next to the ancient town overlooking, you can see the ancient town, ancient courtyards, ancient trees, Jialing River water, floodplain of Jialing River (Dongmenhe Dam) and endless green hills, which makes people feel relaxed and happy and is known as "the first mulberry in Jialing".

A group of team members immediately went to the relevant departments of the county government as planned to obtain information, while another group of team members took a bus from Peng 'an County to the ancient town of Zhou Zi. About half an hour later, we arrived at the entrance of the ancient town of Zhou Zi. After getting off the bus, the team members immediately took the time to devote themselves to intense work. At this time, the temperature is still low and there is still fog on the river. The team members in charge of photography filmed the Jialing River, making the God of Wealth in the distance look like Penglai Wonderland. After entering the ancient town of Zhou Zi, the team members interviewed the residents of the ancient town on the one hand, and recorded the blocks and architectural features of the ancient town of Zhou Zi with cameras on the other. At about 9: 30, a reporter from Peng 'an TV station filmed the scenes of the team members interviewing and taking photos in Xiahe Street, an ancient town. Tang Ying from the School of Journalism and Communication accepted an interview with Peng 'an TV on behalf of all the team members. She conveyed to the reporter the main purpose and significance of our visit to the ancient town of Zhou Zi. After the interview, all the team members continued to go deep into the ancient town, took a lot of important pictures, and interviewed the typical shops in the ancient town, such as Wu, Beauty of Twist, Yao Twist, Heshu Tofu, Cao Shi Dried Bean, etc., inquired about their emergence and development in detail, and also interviewed the residents who have lived in the town for generations.

In the afternoon, our team 12 members boarded Longjiao Mountain again and made a field trip to Huasheng Square. Then we followed the mountain road and visited the place where Zhou Dunyi, a scholar of the Song Dynasty, stopped to give lectures. At four o'clock in the afternoon, it began to rain again. We crossed the Jialing River by boat and went to the other side of the ancient town to visit Sima Xiangru's hometown. However, after several twists and turns, Sima Xiangru's former residence can't be found, and it's futile to ask the local people, and the local residents don't know the specific location of the former residence. Helpless, we had to end the day's trip, rush to Peng 'an Railway Station and take the 7: 30 train back to Nanchong.

July1July-July 2 1, Nanchong West China Normal University

10 members of the practice team gathered in Room 623, College of History and Culture, Kewen Building, and began to sort out the data of in-depth social practice field research in four ancient towns. Team members Qi Xin worked together to help each other, each with a computer, working for more than nine hours every day, trying to finish the investigation report as soon as possible and report the results of our summer practice to our superiors.

Postscript:

The tree always grows silently, and then lets the sky see its tall appearance. We overcame many difficulties all the way, walked through muddy paths and climbed steep mountain roads. The hot sun can't bake our strong will, and the pouring rain can't extinguish our persistent expectations. In practice, we shed the sweat of youth and wipe away the tears in the corner of our eyes; In practice, we learn to be independent and self-reliant, and gradually fade away the childishness on our faces; At work, we learned to be tolerant and considerate, and learned to help each other. Thank the school for giving us this opportunity to go deep into society, let our professional knowledge combine with practice, test our various abilities in practice, accumulate valuable practical experience, and lay a solid foundation for future work and study. Thank you, Mr. Zhang Shiqiong and Mr. Dong Qingping who led the team. Thank you for your meticulous care and guidance. We will take these ten days as precious life wealth and keep them in our hearts forever. Finally, we should thank ourselves, remember these precious ten days, and thank ourselves for their persistence and efforts!

Chapter II: 20 17 Social Practice Report of Senior High School Students 1000 words.

Social practice is an important aspect of high school students' extracurricular education and an important way to cultivate their self-ability. Therefore, for us high school students, we can have enough time for practical activities in the summer vacation, which gives us an important opportunity to know the society, understand the society and improve our self-ability. As a senior two student, social practice should be a good opportunity to really exercise our role and gain benefits from it, instead of practicing for the sake of practice and completing tasks. I think before social practice, we should have a clear goal and make a practical plan for ourselves. We should pay attention to the process of practice, exercise ourselves and improve our ability from the process.

Therefore, in order to better understand the society, exercise myself, feel the current situation of social employment and experience the fun of work, I found a promotion job in this semester's holiday according to my time and my actual situation. Although it is only a few days, I feel that I have benefited a lot and basically achieved my goal. My short work has made me feel the pressure of employment, the lack of ability and the hardships of society. At the same time, I also feel the incomparable happiness in my work, a kind of "pleasure" of cruel competition that I can't feel in the free world of school.

I didn't go to the place where my parents work, but chose a place where we usually have more contact. I think it will be much easier. Let me introduce my working environment-Huiwanjia Supermarket. It is a large supermarket, which mainly serves the daily needs of the surrounding residents. Its marketing department is divided into several parts: non-staple food, drinks, fresh food, clothing groceries, daily necessities, household appliances and so on. My work schedule is as follows: I go to work at 8: 00 a.m. every day-I get off work at 9: 30 p.m., and I will participate in supermarket inventory and warehouse rectification during my employment. When you are free, help the tallyman to see if the shelves are neat and clean, and if the goods are in short supply, put them on the shelves in time. In the eyes of others, the part-time job in the supermarket is quite easy, but how do they know that the work in the supermarket is just the opposite of what they say! Whenever the supermarket warehouse comes, everyone will become busier and have no rest time at all. Even if I take a sip of water, I will have that experience in those days when I work there. It often takes about two hours from unloading to warehousing, and "tired" has become a portrayal of everyone! But when we put all the goods in the warehouse, it is impossible to have any rest time. Standing or running all the time at work, sometimes because of unfamiliarity with business, is often ridiculed by regional leaders and supervisors. Every time I want to take stock, it is when I become a "cow". The so-called inventory is that after work that day, the last customer stepped out of the door, locked the door-explained the shelves to be counted-started one-on-one inventory-summarized the daily work of each unit-cleaned.

I remember an elder once told me: No matter what you do, do more and talk less! Simple as it is, it is not easy to do. At first, it was not easy to leave a good impression in the eyes of many colleagues, cadres and even customers. It was really difficult for me to let sales show my efforts and beat my competitors under the equal competition of similar brands. I still remember the first day when I set the table and started to drum up business. I am very much looking forward to coming home from work, and I can't face the shyness of the public. The megaphone mercilessly revealed to the public the secret that I am a novice, as well as the curiosity and ridicule of the veterans around me who are doing promotion like me. Fortunately, the full-time promoter in the supermarket took care of me, and she explained the specific matters and points for attention to me very carefully. For example, I must not violate the rules of the supermarket. As the saying goes: "national laws, family rules." Nature, as a unit, also has corresponding regulations. Our supermarket has made many rules, such as: no posting, no chatting and so on. No matter who it is, you can come at any time. Being a shop assistant in a supermarket is sometimes very busy. Especially on weekends, many suppliers deliver goods on Friday to cope with the weekend traffic, and then check out by the way. Sometimes several suppliers deliver goods one after another. At this time, it is busy, and many goods are unloaded at the receiving place. Only a few people are busy at the reception desk. It is necessary to inspect the goods and ship them away. So, they need help. I'm new here and I don't know the layout of the warehouse. I have been scolded many times by the leader. And went to the computer room where ordinary employees should not go, and was severely warned. I want to separate the goods at each counter and deliver them to each shelf separately. If it is an ordinary commodity, it is nothing, but sometimes some merchants send drinks, soy sauce, cooking oil and other commodities, which are very heavy. Supermarket purchases are thousands of boxes of drinks and hundreds of boxes of wine. Every time I finish unloading, I am particularly tired. But I'm new here. Although I am a woman, I still can't escape the bad luck of being bullied by newcomers. Only in this way can we live in peace. That's how big sister came here.

Of course, we must find something to do when we are out of stock. "Loading" means "replenishment" in layman's terms. When the goods on the shelves are bought by customers, the shelves are empty, which not only affects the layout but also affects sales. The same product had to be taken out of the warehouse to fill the original seats. If there are many customers in the supermarket, you can't just replenish the goods, but watch it. When all the goods on the shelf are full, stand in front of the queue to attract customers' interest in your products. I held a tray to stop passing guests from tasting and repeated the lines I had explained hundreds of times. If there are no customers and no goods to replenish, clean the shelves. There will be some dust after the shelves are not wiped for a period of time. When customers see a dusty product and feel that it is very old, they will naturally not buy it. This will not only leave a bad impression on customers, but also hinder the sale of goods. In fact, there is another advantage of cleaning the shelf: you can sit down! That's good. You can't sit down in the supermarket. Who can last that long? Therefore, when there are no customers and no replenishment, you can clean the shelves.

In order to survive smoothly in the mixed environment of supermarkets, I also summed up an experience: buttering up the boss, wooing colleagues, and giving small favors on and off. There are also many slanders from greedy employees, so when they have the cheek to beg from you, in principle, you should not steal vegetables for them, because if the employees who steal vegetables are caught, the promoters in charge of product tasting will be punished together. But if you want to be noble, stick to principles and reject principles, it will be difficult for you to continue your journey. When leaders come to inspect or make unannounced visits, some words cannot be said, and some words need to be relaxed. The leader is thin-skinned. If you tell him that the sales volume is too low, he will lose face, but you make too many false reports, and when the audit is finished at the end of the month, you will suffer.

Generally speaking, working in a supermarket is definitely rewarding. I entered the society, got to know the society in advance, and got to know the society in advance, so I can take less detours in the society in the future. Different from the previous practice, this time I really saw my shortcomings and advantages. I will be very devoted when I work hard, but I will be at a loss when I encounter setbacks. After all, I am still a student who grew up in school, and I am not sophisticated at all. This is my parents' evaluation and I think so myself. The original function of social practice is to let me know my own shortcomings in advance and let us learn to look at ourselves objectively in repeated exercises. I think this part-time job will always be in my mind. After all, it was the first time I felt: I can't rely on anyone but myself! But first of all, we must have knowledge, ability and perseverance. Without enough knowledge and ability, it is impossible to gain a foothold in society. Without determination, everything you do is in vain, and it's just an armchair strategist. Therefore, I will work harder and strive to become a pillar of society.
