Basic footwork of Wushu

The basic footwork of Wushu includes straight step, horizontal step and forward kick.

Straight step: straighten your body forward, first lift one foot, then take a big step forward, and the distance between your feet should be opened accordingly. Cross step: the body walks sideways, one foot takes a step forward, and then the other foot takes a step forward, alternating left and right to maintain balance. Forward kick: kick your opponent, lift one foot forward, then kick forward, and then fall back to the original position after kicking, in order to maintain balance.

Side kick: kick the opponent's side, lift one foot to one side, then kick it to one side, and then fall back to the original position after kicking to maintain balance. Turn around: The body naturally turns around. By turning around, it changes the direction of the body and steps, making leg press stable over time. Step: the left and right feet move in the form of pendulum clock, which can be forward or backward.
