How to make attendance sheet and attendance sheet template with Excel form

In order to record the attendance of employees, the company can make attendance sheets with EXCEL tables. Here's how to make an attendance sheet.

0 1 First, open an EXCEL blank form from the computer.

Enter the words "XX company Attendance Sheet" in any cell in the first row of the table.

Because the column width of the table is too large to hold too many words, adjust the column width first, click Format in the top menu bar, and then click Column Width to adjust the column width from 8 to 4, so the column width becomes smaller.

Because the first column should write the names of all employees in the company, the first column is widened.

05 Enter 1, 2, 3 ... from the second cell in the second row until 3 1, because there is only 3 1 day in a month at most.

On the right side of the cell of 3 1 day, write down the number of attendance, absence, business trip, sick leave and personal leave.

Starting from the third line and the first column, write down the names of all employees in the company. One person occupies a cell.

Select the column from the first row to personal leave, and then click the merge and center button in the menu bar to merge these cells into one long cell.

Finally, select the required parts under the first line, and then click the Tian Zi border button in the menu bar to add borders to these cells, and the company's attendance sheet is completed.
