Some expressions in formal and informal English
Language is a tool of communication. In order to achieve better communicative purposes, people choose different styles according to different occasions and communicative purposes. The use of formal language and informal language is an important stylistic form in communication. In English, formal English is used in more serious situations, while informal English is used in more casual situations. Here are some forms of formal English and informal English.
1. adverbial
1) The adverbial of time, reason and condition can be a non-predicate verb or an adverbial clause. Generally speaking, the form of non-predicate verbs is more formal than adverbial clauses.

2. Pronouns
I. Relative pronouns

2) The relative words' who',' who' and' which' as subjects and objects in attributive clauses are more formal than' that'.

Two. personal pronoun
1) Usually the nominative case is more formal than the comparative objective case. He is taller than me.

2) Before gerund, case is more formal than nominative. Do you mind if I smoke?
3) Singular personal pronouns are more formal than plural ones.

5) When referring to people in general, "One" is more formal than "you". One never knows what will happen.
