Cultural Traditions at Foothill Army Officer School
Today's officer school requires 128 credits over four years and eight semesters. In the first year of the school, there is a general education without streaming, so that the freshmen in the first year can be fully acquainted with the characteristics of each department, and then in the second year, they will be divided into departments for education. The University Department of the ROTC consists of the Departments of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Political Science, and Management Science. Departments of literature, history, and foreign languages are also established to meet the needs of the curriculum.
