The work of insurance agents includes the following aspects: responsible for promoting insurance products and assisting insurance companies to investigate and determine losses; Publicize insurance knowledge to consumers, explain insurance clauses, comment on products, and analyze personal financial needs; Designing insurance plans for consumers and making insurance plans; Assist customers to choose the superior products of insurance companies; Assist customers to handle relevant insurance procedures (signing, sending, guaranteeing and collecting premiums); According to customers' needs, provide them with quality after-sales service; Visit old customers regularly to maintain potential customers; After the insured is out of danger, assist him to make claims with the insurance company.
