Q 272: What are the ways of fire supervision and inspection?

The fire control institutions of public security organs shall supervise and inspect the performance of fire control safety duties by units in the following basic ways.

(1) Ask the person in charge of fire safety, fire safety administrator and relevant employees of this unit.

(2) Consult the relevant documents and materials of the fire safety work of this unit.

(3) Spot-check the evacuation passage, exit and fire truck passage of the building, as well as the change of fire partition and the occupation of fire spacing.

(4) On-site inspection of the operation of building fire control facilities.

(5) Other necessary methods.
