Cultivating traditional culture in Shandong Province is a national professional training program for Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Personnel Testing Center of China National Talent Service Network. Those who pass the training will be awarded the Qualification Certificate for Training Shortage Talents in People's Republic of China (PRC).
According to the relevant provisions of the National Vocational Education Law, the certificate can be used as a certificate for students' employment.
