The six-act dance drama Rain on Silk Road is set in the prosperous Tang Dynasty in China, with the world-famous Silk Road and Dunhuang murals as the materials, which eulogizes the glorious artistic images of painter Zhang Bi and geisha ying niang, describes their joys and sorrows, and their pure friendship with Persian businessman Inus.
