What's wrong with using small cans and large bottles of peanut oil?

It's best to pack a large bottle of edible oil in a glass oil pot for sub-packaging. The oil spout is small, easy to use, and the dosage can be controlled. Eating too much oil is harmful to health.

Always clean the oil pot. The shelf life marked on the edible oil package is usually above 1 year. But this shelf life does not mean that it can be preserved for that long after opening. After unsealing, the oil comes into contact with oxygen and begins a process of gradual oxidation. Some families never wash the oil pan, which is full of oxidized old oil. If they are mixed with new oil, it will accelerate the oxidation of new oil. So it's best to clean it up before every refueling. If you can't, clean it at least once every two or three months.

Cleaning method: soak in hot water for a while, then pour in high-concentration detergent and brush it with a bottle brush. Rinse directly under the tap after brushing, and then scald it with hot water to dry. If it is heat-resistant glass, scalding it with boiling water will crack the ordinary glass. The whole stainless steel can be put into the disinfection cabinet for disinfection.

The material of the oil pot is very important. Although the plastic oil pot is light and not afraid of falling, the harmful components in it may be dissolved and precipitated by oil. It is best to choose a glass or ceramic oil pot.

Keep away from light. Not only air is the cause of oxidation, but sunlight is also the cause of oil rancidity. Therefore, it is best not to put the oil pot in the window sill and other places where the sun can shine directly. Don't choose a transparent oil pot, it is safer to have a matte process or opaque ones.

Pay attention to sealing. After pouring the oil, cover it in time, leaving no gaps. In addition, the bottle mouth of the oil pot had better be smaller.

Don't put it on the stove. High temperature will also promote the rancidity of oil, especially in plastic oil pans, which are more likely to precipitate harmful components when exposed to high temperature.
