What is the working principle of gas-fired hot water boiler?

Simply put, the gas-fired hot water boiler uses gas as energy source, and after being ignited in the combustion chamber of the boiler, it releases heat energy, which is transferred and flows into the heat exchanger for heating. The pipes and cavities of the heat exchanger are the channels of water flow. When the water flows through the heat exchanger, it absorbs the heat generated by gas combustion, so as to raise the temperature of the water flow, thus achieving the purpose of heating.

This is a very popular and simple statement.

In fact, this process is more complicated and there are many stresses. Because of the great loss in the heat transfer process, how to transfer heat efficiently and quickly is a big problem.

As shown in the figure below, this is the simple working principle diagram of our heat exchanger. The combustion chamber is arranged at the top, the flue gas is discharged downwards, and the water flows from bottom to top, so that the heat of the flue gas is fully utilized.
