How to change the printer to continuous supply?

First, open the printer cover to take out the ink cartridge, and then drill a hole in the original ink inlet of the ink cartridge with a flaring knife. What I want to say is that when drilling a hole, it is best to flare the tip of the hole upwards, so that those plastic fragments can fall down and prevent the ink cartridge from being blocked. After the ink is filled in the continuous supply cartridge, the ink will flow along the pipeline, and when it is about to flow out, it will not flow if it is stuck with the plastic clip on the pipeline. As shown in the figure, just click it. Here, it is best to make each tube of ink close to the end to help the next operation.

Pumping is the most troublesome in continuous supply. Here I introduce a simple method (actually, because the given pumping equipment is not compatible with my ink cartridge, but my method is really simple). First, make sure that the ink is extracted from the syringe with a syringe and then injected into the ink cartridge. The injection process is slow because air will come out. If it is too fast, the ink will overflow.

Then insert the tube into the ink cartridge. What if the ink in the test tube hasn't entered the ink cartridge yet? Enter printer option maintenance. Then click Deep Cleaning. Rinse several times to let the pipeline ink enter the ink adding port. The position of the clamp is in the middle of opening the printer cover (slightly to the right) to ensure that the ink line can reach the left and right ends. In the verification process, there is a button as shown in the figure, and the ink cartridge will go to the far left after opening the printer cover. Press and hold this button, and the printer cartridge will return to the far right. According to your own observation, it's best not to leave extra line length in the wiring of the printer.

In fact, the change of continuous ink supply is to add a continuous ink supply system outside the printer, so that the ink cartridge can be continuously supplied, so that it is not necessary to take out the ink cartridge and add ink. If the printing volume is large, it is convenient to save some money. Continuous supply is not recommended if the printing volume is not large.

Continuous supply is to hang an ink bottle outside the printer and connect it with wires, which is easy to air in, jam, poor contact and can't move casually. Epson's inkjet printer is constantly changing. However, once the serial supply is changed, the printer has no after-sales warranty.

If it is a Canon inkjet printer, if possible, it is recommended to replace it with an easy-to-add ink cartridge. The inking method is simple, and it can be inked many times, so the printing volume is large, and only the ink cartridge is changed, and the printer is not changed, which will not affect the quality assurance of the machine, and does not need any maintenance, saving money and worry.
