What is woodworking glue?

Woodworking adhesives include: 308 oily adhesive, FD033 water-soluble adhesive, 3294 oily adhesive and tenon adhesive.

Different adhesives have different properties, application conditions and methods. Relatively speaking, the commonly used glues mainly include the following types:

1, A.A glue: colorless and transparent liquid, volatile and irritating. Fragile when used under gravity.

Scope of use: often used for dry pasting, maintenance, etc.

2, 906A. Glue B: It consists of two kinds of resin adhesive glue with different colors, of which Glue A is colorless and translucent, and Glue B is purplish red, which is very firm when mixed.

Scope of application: tenon and groove structure between wood, connection between iron and wood, etc.

Note: When using, mix glue A and glue B in proportion, and then apply them directly to the bonding place.

3, all-purpose glue: yellow colloid, with a strange smell.

Scope of use: Sheet materials are attached to thin skin, such as manual edge sealing and surface repair of thin skin.

Usage: Brush the all-purpose adhesive on both sides of the adhesive joint respectively, and stick it directly when the adhesive joint is dry enough not to stick to your hands.

Press your faces together.

4. White latex: milky white viscous glue with slight odor.

Scope of use: assembly of corner wood, veneer and other product accessories. But not the main part.

Usage: Dilute with water and apply directly on the adhesive surface to be dried.

5. Splicing glue: mainly used for material plane splicing in the material preparation workshop of woodworking department. Usually refers to splicing small pieces of material.

Divide into large blocks that meet the list specifications.
