What are the precautions for massage health care?

(1) Massage is not allowed within one hour after meals, and continuous massage stimulation is allowed for one part, generally not exceeding 5 minutes.

(2) Patients with acute inflammation, such as acute suppurative tonsillitis, pneumonia, acute appendicitis and cellulitis, cannot be massaged.

(3) Drink warm water above 50℃ within 30 minutes after massage (150ml is enough for patients with kidney disease and heart disease).

(4) For patients with heart disease, diabetes, nephropathy, hypertension and epilepsy, the massage time is generally less than 10 minute.

(5) After massage, due to telangiectasia, the body temperature rises slightly. It is forbidden to wash with cold water or wipe the massage part with a cold towel.

(6) Drink warm water during massage, and go to the bathroom to discharge toxins after massage.

(7) Finger massage should pay attention to nail pruning. When using other tools to stimulate, it should be smooth and without thorns, so as not to damage the skin. It is normal to have pain, burnout and dry mouth during massage (arthritis patients are more obvious).
