1. Bloom's Mastery Learning Theory: It is believed that teaching should be guided by Mastery Learning, guided by educational goals, and standardized by educational evaluation to form a complete Mastery Learning Theory system. Bloom and others divided teaching objectives into three areas: cognition, emotion and motor skills in their classification system of educational objectives.
Secondly, Bloom and others put forward that mastering learning is a student-centered personalized teaching strategy. The basic idea is that as long as enough time and proper teaching are given, almost all students can master almost all the learning contents (usually 80%~90% of the evaluation items are required).
Benjamin Bloom (191February 2003-1September 999 13) was born in 19 13. He is a famous psychologist and educator in contemporary America, a professor of education in the Department of Education of the University of Chicago, and a former chairman of the American Association for Educational Research. He is an evaluation and curriculum expert of the International Association for Educational Evaluation.

Benjamin Bloom wrote "Human Characteristics and School Learning"; In 1970s, he put forward the school teaching theory of "Mastering Learning", and wrote All Our Children Can Learn and Introduction to Mastering Learning Theory. Bloom's theory of "human characteristics" and school teaching was once listed as "one of the most important educational research achievements" in the United States.
