Burning time of overglaze colored paper

About half an hour.

The flux component of colored pigments in the glaze contains little or no lead. It is applied to the glaze surface of the ware by the method of over-glaze coloring, and the pigment penetrates into the glaze after fast firing at a high temperature of1100 ~1260℃ (about half an hour), and the glaze is sealed after cooling.

The firing temperature of glaze color is 600-800℃. In the firing process of electric kiln, it is necessary to strictly control the heating and cooling, otherwise it will easily lead to cracking of porcelain plates, and all previous efforts will be in vain. The whole firing process (including heating, heat preservation and cooling) can be completed within eight hours.

Overglaze color:

Overglaze color is made of colored paper made of dyes and pasted on the glaze surface or directly painted on the product surface with dyes, and then fired at high temperature. Because the temperature can't reach, the colored paper can't sink into the glaze, and the ceramic colored paper has obvious convex and concave feeling when touched by hand.
