Shipen Village is located in the southwest of Nansai Township, Neiqiu County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, at the southern end of Queshan Mountain at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain. It is surrounded by mountains in the south, west and north, and a stream runs through the village from west to east. The village is adjacent to Shentou Village in the north, Tiantai Village in the east, Xingtai County in the south and west, and 22 kilometers from the county seat in the east. Because there is a naturally formed pit on the boulder at the top of the Xishan Mountain in the village, which looks like a round basin, it is called a stone basin, so the village name is also derived from it. Shipen Village is a small mountain village with only 30 households and more than 90 people, mainly in Wangxing.

Walking into Shipen Village, there is a well-preserved site of ancient temples in South Village Street. Temple ruins are located in the west facing east, standing by the mountain, from low to high, and composed of three temples. According to the records of rebuilding the temple monument in the forty-six years of Shangqing Qianlong (178 1), the original buildings were West Hall, East Hall, Lobby, North Building, Lingguan Hall and Notre Dame Hall. There is an ancient pagoda tree in the temple, under which stands a monument to rebuild the temple. Second, there are only two stone steps in the village of Sanmiaoyuan, and there are scattered building fragments such as temple tiles and spines. There are several ancient pagodas with different thicknesses around the temple ruins, and residential buildings have been built on both sides. The second and third temple courtyards are also separated by streets and lanes. Temple fairs are held twice a year, on February 19th and July 12th of the lunar calendar. According to legend, Wang Xing of Shipen Village moved from Baifo Village in Nanhe County. Shipen Village is the first place where Miaoshan, the third imperial aunt, became a monk. In memory of her, people built a temple statue and offered sacrifices to her. During the temple fair on February 19 every year, pilgrims from Nanhe, Renxian, Xingtai and other places also set up tea sheds in Shipen Village to receive the villagers who came here to worship Sanhuanggu.

The houses of villagers in Shipen are all stone houses, and the ancient dwellings account for more than 80%, mostly quadrangles, and some are small buildings with two floors, and the streets and alleys are paved with stones. There are also stone mills and stone mills in front of the door. The stone mill placed in front of a family in Beicun Street is engraved with the words "Wang Juzhi in the 23rd year of Guangxu". 1937, 1 1 to 1938 In July, Yang Xiufeng, the leader of guerrilla forces in western Hebei, led the guerrillas to resist Japan and moved to Neiqiu. He used to work and live on the second floor of this family's North House, leading and directing the Anti-Japanese War. Now he has a heatable adobe sleeping platform and uses indoor wooden stairs. This family was named "Red Power" Party spirit by Neiqiu County.

The highest peak in the west of Shipen Village is cold, with an altitude of 978 meters. According to legend, it is the practice place of Hanshan, the "Harmony Fairy". Hanshan is a monk in Tiantai Temple, Shuangpengtou Village, Renxian County, 80 kilometers east of Shipen Village. Hanshan and Shide are offered to Western gods among the people, also known as "Hexian". According to the Records of Neiqiu County in the seventh year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty, "The cold mountain is south of Taiziyan, and the immortal cold mountain is here." The mountain on the east side of Hanshan Cold is called Tiantai Mountain, and the village below is called Tiantai Village. The origin of these place names is not groundless, but related to Hanshan.

Shipen Village has towering peaks, towering old trees, gurgling streams, beautiful environment and strange natural landscape. The ancient cypress in the western hills of Cuntou is over 0/00 years old, with a height of 8m, a circumference of1.80m and an average crown width of 8m. Known by the villagers as village trees. There are Nanzhai, Huashan and Chiffon in the south of the village, Hanshan Leng, Wuzhishan, Miao Yan and Shigui in the west, and Banding, big and small red fish, stone pillars, stone cabinets and Brewmaster Cave in the north. Shipen Village has a long history, rich culture and simple folk customs. Erdao Hongling, on the north side of the top of Hanshan Mountain, was once the residence of the anti-Japanese government in the third district of Neiqiu County, and the former site was well preserved. Shipen Village is a good place for eco-vacation, photo sketching, rural leisure, mountaineering adventure, red culture and other tourism.
