Cuanxia Village is located in Zhaitang Town, Mentougou District, the western suburb of Beijing, and was called Cuanxia Village in ancient times. It got its name from the Ming Dynasty's "Jiliankou" (locally called Jitou). Located in the middle of the narrow valley in the northwest of Zhaitang in the west of Beijing, it belonged to the eighth district of wanping county before liberation and is now under the jurisdiction of Zhaitang Town. It is 90 kilometers away from Beijing, 650 meters above sea level, and the village area is 5.3 square kilometers. Qingshuihe river basin belongs to temperate monsoon climate, with annual average temperature 10. 1℃, and good natural vegetation, which is suitable for raising sheep and keeping bees. Cuanxia is a national 3A-level scenic spot.
