Difference between monolithic concrete poles with and without sleeves

Integral concrete pole with casing and without casing refers to whether casing is installed at the bottom of the pole during the manufacturing process. A metal sleeve will be embedded in the bottom of the whole pole with sleeve, and the length of the sleeve is usually a part of the total length of the pole. In addition, the casing can also reduce the contact between the concrete pole and the ground and prevent the pole from tilting due to foundation settlement.

However, the integral pole without sleeve is not equipped with metal sleeve in the manufacturing process. The bottom of the pole is in direct contact with the ground, and its ability to bear loads and external forces is relatively weak. Sleeveless poles are more suitable for areas with solid and stable soil, such as rock geological areas.

According to the specific use environment and needs, choose whether to use the integral rod with casing. Using the pole with casing can improve the stability and durability of the pole, which is suitable for areas with soft soil and poor foundation conditions. Bushless poles are suitable for areas with hard soil and good foundation conditions.
