What are the standards for 200 meters I, II and III athletes like?

200m 1st, 2nd and 3rd level athlete standards:

Men's 200m: international level sportsman - 20"62, sportsman - -21"35, Grade 1 athletes - 22"02, Grade 2 athletes - hand-timed 23" 60, electrically timed 23"84, Level III athletes - hand-timed 25"50, electrically timed 25"74.

Women's 200 meters: international athletes -- 23"10, Sportsman -- 24"00, Level 1 athlete -- 25 "42, Division II athletes - hand-timed 27"00, electrically timed 27"24, Division III athletes - hand-timed 29 "00, electric timing 29"24.

The performance standards for Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 athletes are based on the following:

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions may apply for the award of the title of Grade 1 or Grade 2 athlete:

(a) Achieving the performance standard in competitions that can be awarded the title of sportsman and above.

(2) Achieving the performance standard in the National Sports Traditional Schools League or other competitions organized, hosted, co-organized or co-hosted by the Chinese Athletics Association or with other organizations*** (except for marathon events).

(3) Achieving the performance standard in the comprehensive games, championships (or championships) sponsored by the provincial (district and municipal) sports administration departments (except for the marathon event).

(d) In the provincial (regional, municipal) sports administrative departments and education administrative departments **** with the championships sponsored by the championships (or championships) to meet the performance standards (except for the marathon event).
