Method for making country wine

The production method of country wine is as follows:

Material preparation: grapes, sugar, wine containers, gauze, etc.

1. Prepare a certain amount of grapes. Choose ripe grapes with high sweetness, soak them in light salt water for more than an hour, and then rinse them clean. Remove diseased fruits, bad fruits and moldy fruits when cleaning, and dry them after cleaning.

2. Crush the grapes and put them in a wine-making container. Grapes and sugar can be put together according to the ratio of 5: 1, or they can be blended according to personal taste. Grapes with good quality and high sugar content can put no sugar or less sugar, and white sugar can also be put in rock sugar, so that the fermentation effect of white sugar is better.

3. Put the grapes and sugar away and seal them. Note that the grape fermentation process will produce carbon dioxide gas, so leave a third of the space.

4. After almost one month, after the fermentation, filter out the solid residue with clean gauze or strainer, and pour the filtered wine into a new container.

5. Wait for the wine to ferment for almost a month before drinking.
