Difference between Contract Logistics and Traditional Logistics

The service scope and cooperation mode are different.

1. Different service scope: Traditional logistics services often include transportation, warehousing and distribution, while contract logistics covers a wider range of logistics activities, such as inventory management, order processing and logistics strategy formulation, in addition to the above basic services.

2. Different cooperation modes: the traditional logistics service is a one-to-many cooperation mode, that is, one logistics service provider provides services for many enterprises, while contract logistics is a one-to-one cooperation relationship, that is, enterprises establish long-term cooperation relations with one logistics service provider, and logistics service providers provide customized logistics services for enterprises.
