Sichuan gaoliang formula

Gaoliang is a famous snack in Sichuan, which belongs to Sichuan cuisine. Made of glutinous rice, square pieces of glutinous rice are sealed in cold water, and the soft glutinous rice skin is soft and greasy with brown sugar, which can be seen everywhere in Sichuan, especially in Yibin and Luzhou.

Exercise:

Ingredients: high-gloss powder and brown sugar.

Tools: rice cooker, 2 pairs of chopsticks.

Steps:

Step 1: Pour the cake powder into the rice cooker and serve.

Mix 500 grams of warm water into paste and leave it for about 25-30 minutes. During this period, about 5 kilograms of water can be boiled, and of course, more boiling water can be boiled for use.

Step 2: When it's time to stir the pasty cake powder, pour in about half of boiling water and stir it evenly (note: stir while pouring boiling water);

Step 3: put the pot into the fire and boil the stirred cake powder (keep stirring) until it is cooked;

Step 4: Move the pot to the fire, then stir it with wooden sticks (2 pairs of chopsticks) for a while until the bubbles disappear, and then put it in a bowl to cool.
