Invasion of human body is easy to cause local stagnation of qi and blood and abnormal blood circulation, so it is easy to produce chilblain, gangrene and phlegm flow. Cold is yin evil, and its disease is generally yin syndrome, which often attacks human bones and joints. The affected part is purple-dark, not red or hot, loose and swollen, local pain, mild warmth and slow purulent, often accompanied by aversion to cold, tepid limbs, long urine and other systemic symptoms.

(3) Summer heat: Summer heat is more frequent, and it must be wet. Staying in the summer heat is easy to produce summer heat, even summer heat. At the same time, the skin is often in a humid environment, which not only affects the access of yang to the muscle surface, but also reduces the local resistance and is more vulnerable to external evils. Summer heat is yang evil, mild itching, extreme heat is painful, and heat is better than meat rot, so its pathogenic characteristics are mostly yang syndrome. The affected part is red, swollen, burning, erosive and suppurative, accompanied by water, itching or pain. In surgical diseases, the combination of damp and heat is particularly common. Surgical diseases that occur in the lower body are mostly related to dampness. If damp heat flows into lower limbs, it can cause scabies, gangrene and acute and chronic erysipelas of lower limbs. When damp heat is poured into the bladder, symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, dysuria and hematuria can be seen, such as blood stranguria and stone stranguria. The invasion of dampness into the skin and stagnation of qi and blood can cause wet sores, blisters, pustules, exudation and other injuries.

Fire is yang evil, and its disease is generally yang syndrome. The affected part is characterized by acute onset, red burning, thin, bright and swollen skin, severe pain, easy to fester and rot, or ecchymosis under the skin, often accompanied by dry mouth and thirst, short and red urine, dry stool and other systemic symptoms.
