What acupoints are there on the buttocks?
Acupoint injection therapy, one of acupuncture therapies. Namely water acupuncture therapy.
Water acupuncture therapy: "water acupuncture", also known as "acupoint injection", is a method of injecting Chinese and western medicines into relevant acupoints to treat diseases.
Instruments and commonly used liquid medicines
(1) utensils: use sterilized syringes and needles. Choose different syringes and needles according to drug dosage and acupuncture depth. Commonly used syringes are 1ml (for ear points and eye points), 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, 20ml;; Commonly used needles are 4-6 common needles, 5 long needles for dentistry and long needles for sealing.
(2) Commonly used drugs: The commonly used drugs for water injection are as follows-(1) Traditional Chinese medicine preparations: Compound Angelica Injection, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Isatidis, Radix Clematidis, Xu Changqing, Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis, Sarcandra Sarcandra, Ding Gongteng, Houttuynia Cordata, Yinhuang Injection and other traditional Chinese medicine injections. (2) Vitamin preparations: such as vitamin B 1, B6, B 12, vitamin C, K3, etc. (3) Other commonly used drugs: such as glucose injection, physiological saline, procaine hydrochloride injection, water for injection, etc. Many drugs for intramuscular injection can also be considered for small-dose acupoint injection.
Acupoint selection (1) can generally be selected according to the prescription principle of acupuncture treatment.
(2) As a characteristic of water acupuncture, clinical treatment often combines palpation of meridians and acupoints to select positive reaction points, that is, pressing, touching and sliding the patient's body surface evenly with thumb or forefinger to check whether there are tender, cord-like or nodular positive reactants, as well as depressions, bulges and color changes of the skin. The location of palpation is generally the back Shu points on the back and waist, and the limbs are touched along the meridian route, especially the special points such as the original point, the Yi point and the combined point and some experience points. Those who have positive reactions such as tenderness are often injected into the reaction point, and those who have no obvious reaction can also be treated at Shu, Mu and Bian points.
(3) Patients with soft tissue injury can choose the most obvious tenderness point; When the abdomen or tendon of a longer muscle is injured, the starting and ending points of the muscle can be taken; For lumbar disc herniation, liquid medicine can be injected near the nerve root.
(4) Ear points are selected according to the probing methods of ear points in ear acupuncture therapy.
