Chongqing hot and sour powder essential materials:
Ingredients: sweet potato vermicelli 150g.
Accessories: 2 parsley, 2 shallots, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, pepper powder 1 tablespoon, pepper oil 1 tablespoon, 50 grams of mala Tang seasoning, 30 grams of peanuts (fried), 30 grams of fried soybeans, 30 grams of pickled mustard tuber, and vegetable oil.
Steps of Chongqing Hot and Sour Powder:
