The difference between junior college and higher vocational education

There are five main differences between higher vocational colleges and junior colleges, namely, different expressions, different expressions, different forms, different names and different emphases.

4. Different names:

Higher vocational colleges and higher vocational colleges are college-level colleges and universities. The names of higher vocational schools are "x x Vocational and Technical College", "xx Vocational College" and "Vocational University". The name of the college is "xx College" or "Junior College".

5. Different emphases:

The junior college lays stress on theory and takes the route of undergraduate education, but its level is lower than that of undergraduate education. Higher vocational colleges are more inclined to practice and cultivate graduates with strong hands-on ability. They all have university degrees.

A few years ago, vocational high school and junior college merged. The difference between them lies in the different training modes. Junior college belongs to academic education and pays attention to theoretical training. Higher vocational education pays attention to the cultivation of skills and students' practical ability. According to the results of market survey, vocational high school students are more popular with employers at present.
