The practice of cabbage
Practice and steps of Chinese cabbage
Prepare ingredients: cabbage, salt, onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, seafood soy sauce, white sugar, aged vinegar, water starch and sesame oil.
1. Wash the cabbage and cut it into thin slices obliquely with a knife. Cut onion, ginger and garlic into powder for later use.
2. Stir-fry the aged vinegar, sugar and half of onion, ginger and garlic, and mix the other half of onion, ginger and garlic with seafood soy sauce and salt to make juice.
3. After cooking the oil, when the oil is 30% hot, put the minced onion, ginger and garlic in the frying pan and fry the cabbage until it is slightly soft.
4. Put the prepared sauce into the pot and continue to stir fry until the cabbage is 6 ~ 7 ripe. After adding water starch, stir fry a few times and pour sesame oil on the pot to make delicious and refreshing sour cabbage.
