How to make rice paste

Production process:

3。 Mix rice flour and 2 cups of 30-degree warm water evenly into a thin paste, then add it into the fermentation lake in (2) and stir evenly. (At this time, the concentration of batter is slightly thinner than usual. )
4。 Cover (3) with plastic film and leave it at 30℃ for 2 hours.
5。 Put a little oil on the cake baking pan (or bowl, but not too thick or too deep) and pour in (4), not too full. Then steam in a steamer for 20-30 minutes.
6。 Take it out and let it cool, then you can cut it into pieces and eat it.
