Application standards and conditions of the residence base: (a) rural villagers can only have a residence base for one household. One of the houses shall not occupy more than 70% of the area of the residence base. Municipal districts and per capita arable land in 1/15 hectares or less of county-level cities, each household shall not exceed 135 square meters of residential land, and married children living together and the total number of more than six people (one child is counted as two people, only once a household) shall not exceed 200 square meters; per capita arable land in 1/15 hectares or more of county-level cities, each household shall not exceed 200 square meters of residential land.
