What are the thoughts that stifle humanistic care in China's traditional culture?

For hundreds of years, the strangulation of China's traditional culture has gone through four stages.

Manchu literary inquisition stage: Manchu was ruled by different nationalities, and adopted the policy of worshipping Yang and losing Yin to China traditional culture. Through the way of Daxing literary inquisition, all lively or creative academic ideas in society are ruthlessly strangled and destroyed. The academic field of cultural thought quickly fell into a rigid, conservative and closed state, and no thinkers, cultural masters or philosophers were born from then on. In the nearly 300 years of Qing Dynasty, only textual research and exegetics were unique. According to textual research and exegetics, China culture has died, leaving only piles of old papers and cultural relics. These cultural relics and ancient books have gradually drifted away from the present mind, making it impossible for people to read and understand. As a result, a group of scholars came forward to execrate the words, sounds and shapes of these ancient cultural relics and study the evolution of word meanings. They did not ask future generations to understand Samadhi, but hoped that they could read it smoothly without misunderstanding.

The stage of overthrowing Kongjiadian in the late Qing Dynasty: the society in the late Qing Dynasty was dark and rigid, reaching its limit, and all industries were abandoned, making people miserable. Suitable for this time, the west wind is getting stronger and stronger. Some scholars, apart from sadness and anger, have been trying to think about the skills of winning strength. Seeing that in the past 300 years, academics are getting old, thoughts are rotting, life is dying and culture is declining, I regard my traditional culture as the source of all evils and the head of all evils. There is the birth of the slogan "Down with Kongjiadian" and the demand of the May 4th Movement in the West for democratic science. Therefore, on the basis of high-pressure imprisonment in Qing Dynasty, China culture was further attacked and strangled.

Ten-year Cultural Revolution catastrophe stage: After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), China's traditional culture suffered further blows and strangulation on the basis of the May 4th Movement. After "sweeping the Four Books and Five Classics" and the ten-year Cultural Revolution, China's culture was almost completely wiped out on the earth, which was the most comprehensive, thorough and painful cultural destruction movement since China had its own civilization and culture.

Stage of reform and opening-up: After the Cultural Revolution, the China government brought order out of chaos and began a period of reform and opening-up centered on economic construction. In the 30 years of reform and opening up, China's economic construction and the improvement of its comprehensive national strength have created a miracle that has never been seen before in human history. But in the past 30 years, we have only seen the great achievements of reform and opening up, but neglected the inheritance and revival of China's traditional culture. China's traditional culture has been ignored, abandoned and ridiculed in the past 30 years. In the eyes of most people in China, China's traditional culture is still the representative of stale, backward, superstitious, ignorant, poor, eccentric, morbid and out of date. Many times, China's traditional culture is like a submissive and unwelcome little maid. Anything bad in this era inevitably comes down to the legacy of China's traditional culture. What is commendable in this era is the achievements made by contemporary people under the impetus of modern scientific and technological civilization.

China culture was imprisoned at the beginning of the Qing Dynasty and overthrown at the end of the Qing Dynasty, and was neglected and abandoned for a long time after the founding of the People's Republic of China and the "unprecedented" Cultural Revolution after the reform and opening up. The four stages of mercilessly strangling China culture lasted for three or four hundred years. Due to this constant setback, China culture seems to have really declined, even if it has not completely disappeared, it is already dying and weak. China people don't know that China culture is not one or two generations, but has been nourished by China culture for more than ten or twenty generations.

As descendants of the Chinese people, we don't cherish our own culture, and even despise our own culture. How can we win others' respect for our own culture? When we are killing our own culture, we are afraid that if we kill it, we will not die, if we die, we will not die, and we will die soon. How can we prevent others from concluding that China culture is dead?
